Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.

- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

- Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the BFSI industry is an asset.
