We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of current job market trends, and a passion for helping others succeed.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with various industries and understanding of the latest hiring trends will be advantageous.

Certification in career coaching or related areas will be considered a plus.
