About the Role
Barjeel Geojit Financial Services is hiring a UAE National Customer Relations Executive to support customer onboarding, KYC, and service requests. Fresh graduates are welcome. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.

- Support customer onboarding, KYC, and Re KYC processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- UAE National with a valid Family Book
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Customer focused, organized, and professional
- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated financial services environment
