Role Overview
Lead the technical execution of complex, multi-system integration projects as an Engineer II.
Design and deliver integrated electrical, mechanical, and digital solutions supporting customer electrification, digitization, and sustainability goals.
Own complete technical project scope from project award through closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical solutions from project award to closure while meeting cost, time, and quality commitments.
- Design integrated systems that combine multiple technologies into optimized customer solutions.
- Lead technical teams through specification, design, implementation, testing, and supplier management.
- Assess technical risks and interfaces and communicate project status through clear reporting.
- Coordinate technical activities and teams from project inception through delivery.
Technical Skills
- Product application at intermediate level for multi-technology solutions and system performance requirements.
- Requirements analysis at intermediate level, including translating customer needs into technical specifications.
- Technical solution design at intermediate level across electrical, mechanical, and digital domains.
