Customer Project Lead

Up to 1 year of directly related work experience, ideally in client service, leadership, or logistics

Strong client service, project management, and quality control skills

Good computer skills and comfort using business support software

Strong resource planning and teamwork skills, with excellent attention to detail

Basic knowledge of the insurance industry and/or Applied’s product portfolio

Basic knowledge of professional services within a software company

Bonus points if you also have:

Diploma or degree in a business-related field, plus specialised training

PMP, PRINCE2, CMI diploma, or BCS BA certification, or a strong background in software project management
