Overall Requirements
Renaissance Repair and Supply is seeking a motivated, self-starting Customer Program Manager to effectively manage the existing customer base and develop new business. Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations & Quality, you will act as the “Voice of the Customer”, effectively translating and communicating customer requirements to internal teams (Planning, Operations, Engineering and Procurement) to maintain KPI’s such as OTD, TAT, RMA and Scrap and ensure the best service possible to our customers.
Responsibilities
will include:
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all parts of the business, our value proposition and products and services we provide.
- Develop a strong understanding of our customer’s goals and needs in order to recommend new product and service offerings and expand existing customer accounts
