What We’re Looking For
Broad knowledge of financial services, particularly Life and Pensions and an understanding of business operations
Ability to apply appropriate processes and controls to ensure activity completed on time and to agreed standards
Excellent organisational and analytical skills, including prioritisation, decision making, and appropriate escalation
Effective management of stakeholders on impact timescales and customer outcomes
Ideally have General Understanding of GDPR Act and Data Subject Rights
