Support excellent customer experience through order management, operational coordination, reporting, and process support.
Coordinate customer operations across internal and external stakeholders and support service level commitments.
Customer Operations and Order Management
- Support end-to-end customer operations processes.
- Coordinate order book management and accurate order processing.
- Monitor order status, fulfilment performance, and operational metrics.
- Support customer and business service level expectations.
- Maintain customer requirements and transaction readiness information.
Reporting and Data Management
- Produce, maintain, and distribute operational reports.
- Maintain customer master data, commercial information, contracts, trading terms, and operational records.
- Support forecasting and planning through accurate data management and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting platforms.
- Provide analysis and insights for operational and commercial performance.
