ZIWO, a leading cloud contact center solution in the GCC, seeks a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new clients during their onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling onboarding sessions and maintaining clear communication with clients
- Help configure ZIWO setups for new customers according to their business needs
- Guide clients through onboarding documentation, videos, and platform tutorials
- Track onboarding progress and escalate any blockers to the senior team
- Collect feedback from clients and support post onboarding surveys
- Keep CRM records updated with onboarding milestones and activities
- Ensure each client receives the tools and guidance needed for a successful launch
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, training coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Tech savvy with an interest in SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and onboarding tools
- Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
