Role Overview
Concentrix is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to turn client success into market credibility.
The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Account Management, Delivery and Marketing.
The mandate is to surface wins, build advocacy and strengthen market credibility.
Identify and Activate Wins
- Partner with Sellers and Account Managers to identify new logo wins and significant project milestones.
- Assess opportunities for website announcements, news releases and coordinated communications.
- Work with PR and Communications teams to amplify client stories appropriately.
- Engage clients professionally to secure approvals and participation.
Case Studies and Client Stories
- Identify case study and reference opportunities across services and product engagements.
- Develop written, video and presentation-ready client stories.
- Align stories to priority industries and propositions.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of publishable and referenceable content.
