Job Purpose

Winning with Customers

• Own the customer calendar and recommend relevant events.
• Land innovations effectively through customer activities.
• Deliver 360-degree activations across digital, promoters, POSM, and off-shelf placements.
• Complete before-and-after analysis for all activities.
• Review customer data monthly to identify pain points and recommend solutions.
• Monitor couponing campaigns.
• Create and own in-store shopper calls to action.
• Use less plastic in point-of-sale materials.
• Digitize customer activations.
• Participate in sustainable events, including World Environment Day activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement.
• At least 5 years of UAE market experience in trade marketing or sales.
• Experience in channel management, retail execution, or category management is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior at the point of sale and market segmentation is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• FMCG background.
• Trade activation planning and execution experience.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Verbal and written communication.
• Data analysis and budget management.
• Familiarity with AI tools and MS Office.
