- Monitor customer feedback and customer retention activities
- Prepare weekly reports on customer activity and campaign performance
- Assist in increasing direct orders and reducing dependency on delivery platforms
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with WhatsApp Business and customer service
- Organized, detail oriented, and proactive
- Previous experience in CRM, customer service, telesales, or marketing is an advantage

Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Loyalty & CRM Executive to join our team and help grow our direct customer sales channels.
Responsibilities
