Requirements

• About You :
• Experience : 3-5 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing roles.
• AI Literacy: You have hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, agents, or automation platforms). You understand prompt engineering and how to "guide" an AI model to improve its output over time.
• Technical Skills : Strong Excel, SQL, and analytical skills to measure agent performance.
• Tool Proficiency : Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., SmartLead, Customer.io) and data tools (e.g., Hightouch, BigQuery).
• Writing Chops: Excellent copywriting skills. You know what "good" looks like, so you can train the AI to write like a top-tier marketer.
• Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking are essential when debugging agent behaviors.
