About the Role
Virtusa Middle East is seeking a senior Customer Identity and Access Management specialist in Dubai. The role requires deep experience with IBM ISAM/Verify, Identity Management, Access Management, Directory Services, and security domains.

Responsibilities
- Handle customization, development, installation, and configuration of IBM ISAM/IBM Verify
- Implement API Protection, Microservices security, and advanced access control technologies
- Integrate with social identity providers
- Build and use APIs (SOAP, XML, RESTful, JSON) and support web technologies
Requirements
- Hands on experience with IBM Identity Security Access Manager (ISAM/IBM Verify) including customization, development, installation, and configuration
- Deep knowledge of Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologies (Security Directory Server)
- Security experience with deep technical knowledge in IAM, endpoint protection, and application security
- Good knowledge of latest authentication and authorization techniques for Mobile, Web, and API
- Experience with OAuth, JWT, SAML, XACML, OTP, and MMFA
- Integration with social identity providers (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience building and using APIs (SOAP, XML, RESTful, JSON) and working with JavaScript, React, Node.js, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
- Financial sector experience for API Protection, Microservices security, and DevOps integration

Must Have
- IBM identity security access manager (ISAM/IBM verify) hands on experience with good working knowledge to handle Customization, Development, Installation, and Configuration.
- Experience with deep knowledge of Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologies (Security Directory Server) and Security Directory Inte
- Security experience with deep Technical knowledge in security domains especially IAM, endpoint protection and application security
- Good Knowledge of latest Authentication and Authorization techniques for Mobile, Web, and API
- Integration with social identity provider including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Building and using APIs (SOAP, XML, RESTFULL, JSON etc.) along working experience of JavaScript, React, Node.js, AngularJS, Regular Expressions, HTML, and CSS in support of web
Good To Have
- Financial sector experience for implementation of API Protection, Micro services security, Advanced access control technologies like oAUTH, JWT, SAML, XACML , OTP and MMFA and DevOps process integration for these
