About the Role
Brookstone Windows & Doors is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Project Coordinator to join their Cambridge branch. You will coordinate customer projects from measure through installation, track milestones in Salesforce, schedule appointments, and ensure clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer projects from measure through installation and post install follow up
- Track project milestones in Salesforce and take action when projects are delayed or stalled
- Schedule measure, installation, and service appointments
- Maintain the branch installation calendar in coordination with the General Manager
- Ensure project files, measurements, materials, and installation details are complete and organized
- Keep customers informed of timelines, appointments, and next steps
- Receive product deliveries, verify orders, and coordinate required installation and service materials
- Complete post install administration including customer follow ups, installer labour invoices, financing documents, and payment updates
- Coordinate service appointments and replacement materials with General Manager guidance
- Communicate risks, discrepancies, and customer concerns to the General Manager
Requirements
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Detail focused with strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proactive and comfortable taking action to keep work moving
- Comfortable learning and using project management and customer service technology
- Valid Class G driver's license
- Currently and immediately eligible to work in Canada

- Industry experience is an asset but is not required, we will provide training.
- Valid Class G driver’s license.
- Currently and immediately eligible to work in Canada.
