Role Overview
The Customer Experience Manager will lead initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
The role focuses on understanding customer needs and transforming customer insights into improved experiences.
Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote and based around a Dubai-focused environment.
- The opportunity is structured as a flexible part-time role.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze customer feedback, satisfaction scores, complaints, and behavioral data.
- Map customer journeys, identify friction points, and improve key touchpoints.
- Monitor CSAT, NPS, retention, engagement, and service performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams.
- Identify recurring customer issues and develop solutions that improve satisfaction and efficiency.
- Prepare customer experience reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Lead service quality, personalization, retention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support teams with customer experience best practices, standards, and performance goals.
