We need:
A Customer Experience Insight Analyst within our Group Customer Experience Division
Based at our Northampton Admin Centre
£33,935 - £43,361 a year
Full time, Permanent Contract

Our role is to understand, protect, improve and differentiate customer experience across all touch points that we have with our customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our division as a Customer Experience Insight
As a minimum requirement you’ll need
- An analytical background with strong numerical skills and be used to translating analysis into meaningful outputs to senior managers.
- Demonstrated experience effectively conducting hypothesis-driven analyses that drove action
- Strong experience of using Excel, familiar with data manipulation techniques and attention to detail
- A good team player and natural collaborator with ability to build strong working relationships - you will use your strong communication skills to present information in a variety of forms to a variety of audiences and integrate sustainable best practice
- Highly self-motivated, personable and outgoing with a strong passion to deliver exceptional results
It would be nice if you also have
Knowledge of the financial services industry
Experience of using SAS, structured query language, SQL etc and applying it to dynamic situations to achieve the desired outcome
