Job Summary
The Customer Experience Analyst will embed a customer-first culture across the organization.
The role designs, manages, and improves customer experience initiatives to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion customer-first practices across departments and processes.
- Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
- Manage customer experience surveys, feedback collection, analysis, and closed-loop follow-up.
- Oversee testimonials, case studies, reviews, and referral programs.
- Promote CX culture through training, internal communications, and advocacy initiatives.
- Analyze CX insights, metrics, and trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Implement CX improvements with cross-functional teams and monitor their impact.
- Track NPS, CSAT, and CES metrics and prepare management reports.
