Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and direct members/guests appropriately
- Process new membership applications and follow up on expiring memberships
- Handle bookings, inquiries, sales, and service needs across all platforms
- Maintain cash floats and ensure accurate payments and ERP cart closure
- Prepare daily completion reports and feedback forms for supervisor
- Contribute to team effort and achieve sales KPIs
Requirements
- Female candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar Residence Permit
- Ability to provide change of sponsorship documents from current sponsor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of club facilities and services

Role Objective
- Provide unique customer experience to members and guests.
- Adhere to Katara Club Standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of operation.
- Execute excellent administrative support to club management.
- Establish good relations with members, external clients/partners and personnel.
- Serve as first point of contact and liaison for bookings, inquiries, sales, and service needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome and directs members/guests appropriately.
- Deliver courteous, professional, and timely service on all available platforms.
- Cater to every need of assigned members via personal phone calls/interaction.
- Process new membership applications and follow up on expiring memberships.
- Ensure all required documents for memberships and extensions are submitted and accurate.
- Ensure all sales and appointments are done accurately, all ERP carts are closed properly.
- Ensure reception is always covered, take payments, bookings, tour of the facility.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain cash floats.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with Katara Club rules.
- Prepare daily completion reports and feedback forms shared with supervisor.
Pay
- From QAR 1.00 per hour
