Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and general inquiries.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other channels.
- Help resolve basic customer issues and follow up when needed.

- Maintain accurate customer records and service information.
