- π€ Be a key contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience
- π Handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and care

- π Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- π Monitor feedback, satisfaction levels, and customer experience trends
- π£ Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to improve service delivery
- π Provide guidance, education, and helpful resources to customers

- π Support retention, renewals, and engagement initiatives
