Position
Customer Experience Associate role focused on customer inquiries, service support, issue resolution, record maintenance, and internal coordination.
The role is full-time and does not require previous experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and general inquiries.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Resolve basic customer issues and follow up when needed.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist with general customer service and administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- No previous experience is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer and internet skills and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, customer-focused, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
