Role Description
We are seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented Customer Experience Associate to support customers throughout their journey and ensure a positive, seamless experience across all touchpoints.
The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, providing accurate product or service information, processing requests, gathering customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and engagement.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling customer interactions with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide clear, timely, and effective solutions.
- Comfortable using CRM, customer support, ticketing, and communication platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining service quality.
