You will act as a critical extension of the leadership team, driving the execution of Ford Pro Solutions, expansion and managing operations across Rest of World (ROW) markets primarily Australia, New Zealand, with support of the Middle East, Africa, and Mexico.

This role focuses on robust project management, operational excellence, and local market enablement. You will leverage your deep understanding of FPI global sales and operations processes, advanced Salesforce expertise, and strong knowledge of fleet customer needs to ensure seamless rollouts, efficient onboarding, and high local adoption of Ford Pro’s connected services, SaaS offerings and support throughout the lifecycle.

You will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, managing near-term deliverables and fostering continuous operational improvement.

This role requires strong understanding of the Ford Pro Customer Operating model enabling International Markets Group (IMG) and ROW regions by supporting in region and global shared services to drive quality and execution for all areas of product growth.

This newly created position is based at our IMG Product Development Hub in Broadmeadows on a hybrid work schedule (4 Days per week in Office), reporting directly to the Global Head of Customer Enablement, based in Canada.
