Customer Development Representative

We are seeking a Customer Development Representative to support our manufacturer representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and Technical Solutions team throughout the quoting and sales process.

This role will serve as a primary internal point of contact for representatives, helping manage project requests from initial inquiry through quotation, follow-up, and order transition.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and build strong working relationships.

• Manage customer and representative requests throughout the quoting process, ensuring information is complete, organized, and communicated effectively.
• Serve as a key point of contact for manufacturer representatives, providing timely project updates and coordinating requests with internal teams.
• Maintain sales opportunities and project information within the CRM system and proactively follow up on outstanding quotations.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Technical Solutions to support customer needs, identify opportunities, and provide a positive overall customer experience.
• Coordinate projects through quotation, revisions, follow-up, and transition into the order process.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, account coordination, or a similar customer-facing role .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and customer requests simultaneously.
