The Customer Development Manager - Walgreens owns sales objectives for volume, spending, retail execution, profitability, and customer service.
The role formulates and executes account strategies, manages the Walgreens P&L, and uses consumer insights to drive incremental growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer strategies rooted in consumer insights, category trends, and competitive analysis.
- Build partnerships across direct reports, cross-functional teams, and broker retail teams.
- Coach and develop team members, providing leadership and guidance to enhance performance and career growth.
- Collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver win-win solutions.
- Implement process improvements using ROI measurement, program evaluations, and lessons learned.
- Lead the monthly financial discipline process for Walgreens across the total Colgate-Palmolive business.
