This is an Internship position providing you with experience working in a fast-paced, industry leading pet-food manufacturer.
In this international role you will be a key player supporting the Category Management team to understand industry trends and provide insights to build the Hill’s business across Europe.
Work with market data to provide insights to local and regional teams
Be a power user of Category performance tools and run ad hoc analysis
Support the Commercial and Marketing teams with analysis on category performance and opportunities
Support the management of analytics tools working closely with the providers to ensure data integrity.
Support insights and execution across the 7P’s
Support Planogram creation and recommendation
Excellent communication to lead and handle ad hoc projects across the team
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Strong analytical skills; Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups etc.,), competence with Google Suite tools is a plus.
Achieve results through appropriate setting of priorities, planning and organization
Ability to work as part of team as well as on own initiative
Effective interpersonal style, including the ability to communicate optimally with both internal & external agencies / customers
Self-motivated, self-reliant, proactive with a “can do” attitude
