Meet the Team
The role is part of Cisco Professional Services Security, supporting enterprise customers using Cisco’s security portfolio.
The practice focuses on Splunk SIEM, SOAR, and AI-driven security operations from discovery and design through implementation and ongoing operations.
Your Impact
- Serve as a Splunk Security Architect and trusted advisor for sophisticated, multifunctional security initiatives.
- Lead planning and delivery of tailored Splunk SIEM, SOAR, and AI-driven security operations solutions.
- Guide customer security adoption, improve threat detection and response, and deliver measurable business value.
- Provide technical authority, strategic advisory support, solution delivery, and customer management.
- Define documentation standards and support complex security deployments and platform challenges.
- Build simulation environments and contribute domain expertise using Plan, Design, Implement, and Optimize methodologies.
- Mentor team members and create technical assets, procedures, and standardized engagement methodologies.
- Synthesize customer feedback to influence product direction, service improvements, and delivery methods.
Technical and Customer Leadership
- Apply AI, automation, security orchestration, and AI Ops to deliver scalable customer outcomes.
