Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media professionally
• Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms
• Respond to client queries related to **free zone licensing and company formation**
• Provide accurate information regarding UAE business setup processes
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Create engaging content and monitor social media performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in **customer service and social media management**
• Strong knowledge of **Dubai free zone licensing and company formation procedures**
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business setup companies or consultancy firms in UAE
• Familiarity with major UAE free zones (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, JAFZA)
