Job Description
As an Artist Support Specialist with TuneCore, you will support artists ranging from DIY musicians to established career artists.
The mission is to deliver fast, thoughtful, and high-quality support for a smooth distribution experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide artist support through email, social media, phone, and live chat.
- Use TuneCore systems to update and correct account and release issues.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 85% or higher.
- Handle an average of 60+ support tickets per day.
- Work with digital service providers and payment partners to resolve artist issues.
- Report technical bugs to product teams and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume support or customer service environment.
