Role Overview
Support patients and clients across healthcare and homecare services.
Coordinate enquiries, appointments and home visits while supporting a smooth patient experience.
Work closely with clinical and operational teams.
Patient and Client Communication
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, the website and social media.
- Respond professionally and promptly to patients, families and clients.
- Explain doctor-on-call, home nursing, physiotherapy, home laboratory testing, elderly care and caregiver support.
- Understand patient needs and direct them to the appropriate service or department.
- Handle concerns and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating when required.
- Remain calm and professional during sensitive or urgent situations.
Appointment Coordination
- Book consultations, home visits, laboratory tests, nursing appointments and other healthcare services.
- Confirm patient details, requested services, location, availability and contact information.
- Coordinate schedules with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, drivers, care coordinators and operations staff.
- Send confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages.
- Process appointment changes, cancellations and rescheduling accurately.
