About the Role
Vitrolife Group seeks a Customer Care Representative in Dubai to serve as the link between clinics, patients, and laboratory teams. You will manage sample logistics, client support, and data entry using Salesforce and Navision.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the bridge between clinics and the laboratory
- Ensure biological samples reach the lab safely and on time
- Support clients with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
- Manage daily sample reception and cold chain logistics
- Use Salesforce to track cases and client interactions
- Register patient and sample data in Navision with precision
- Maintain documentation, traceability, and SOP compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Navision
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to speak Arabic (preferred)

What You Bring
- A passion for service and operational excellence
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Navision
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a regulated, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient care skills
- Ability to speak Arabic (preferred/advantageous)
