Vitrolife Group is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Dubai to serve as the vital link connecting clinics, patients, and laboratory teams. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows, and proficiency in Salesforce and Navision.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the bridge between clinics and our laboratory
- Ensure biological samples reach the lab safely and on time
- Support clients with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance and safety
- Strengthen operational excellence through accurate Salesforce and Navision use
- Manage daily sample reception and cold chain logistics
- Use Salesforce to track cases and client interactions
- Register patient and sample data in Navision with precision
- Maintain documentation, traceability, and SOP compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Laboratory teams to exceed client expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Navision
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a regulated, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient care skills
- Ability to speak Arabic (preferred/advantageous)
