About the Role

  • Logic Utilities is a leading utility billing and customer experience provider serving residential and commercial communities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our growing Customer Experience team.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and delivering outstanding service in a fast paced, technology enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer callbacks and service enquiries through our customer support systems.
  • Review customer account information and ticket history before contacting customers.
  • Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy requirements.
  • Provide clear, professional and empathetic support to customers.
  • Resolve customer enquiries wherever possible and provide accurate updates when further action is required.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Handle customer enquiries relating to utility bills, payments, security deposit refunds, late payment fees, disconnection and reconnection requests.
  • Investigate account histories and coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within Zendesk.
  • Manage ticket queues effectively and prioritise cases according to service levels.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and within required response timeframes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1 3 years of customer service, contact centre or customer support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem solving and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing or customer management systems.
  • Desirable: Experience within utilities, billing, collections, real estate or facilities management.
  • Desirable: Zendesk experience.
  • Desirable: Experience with outbound customer engagement platforms.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of UAE utility regulations and customer service frameworks.
  • Desirable: Arabic language skills.
