Customer Care Representative

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about cargo bookings, shipments, delivery status, and services.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with branch teams and internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Follow up on pending shipments, deliveries, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in the CRM or system.
• Escalate customer issues to the relevant department or manager when required.
• Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.
• Support the operations team with customer-related coordination.
• Perform other duties assigned by the respective department manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, customer care, call centre, or logistics is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally and patiently.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
