Role Description

  • The Customer Care Representative is a part time remote role supporting clients of Career Coach by Talent Nexus Bridge.
  • The representative responds to inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance.

Daily Tasks

  • Resolving service related issues
  • Guiding clients through available programs and resources
  • Documenting interactions in customer support systems
  • Gathering feedback to improve client satisfaction
  • Identifying patterns in customer concerns
  • Collaborating with the coaching team to ensure a smooth client experience

Qualifications

  • Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through empathetic listening
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback and recognize patterns
  • Comfort with remote work tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and basic computer literacy
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer care, coaching services, or related client support role is beneficial
  • Commitment to inclusive, non discriminatory service
