Role Description
- The Customer Care Representative is a part time remote role supporting clients of Career Coach by Talent Nexus Bridge.
- The representative responds to inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance.
Daily Tasks
- Resolving service related issues
- Guiding clients through available programs and resources
- Documenting interactions in customer support systems
- Gathering feedback to improve client satisfaction
- Identifying patterns in customer concerns
- Collaborating with the coaching team to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications
- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through empathetic listening
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback and recognize patterns
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and basic computer literacy
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer care, coaching services, or related client support role is beneficial
