Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: Competitive package.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Communication: Answer all customer phone calls and respond instantly to messages on WhatsApp Business and social media (Instagram, Facebook).

Booking & Inquiries: Answer questions about eyewear brands, frame prices, and book eye-testing appointments for the store.

Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints, track delayed orders with the lab, and resolve issues politely.

Team Coordination: Work closely with store staff and optometrists to make sure customer orders are delivered on time.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–2 years of customer service, front desk, or call center experience in the UAE (Retail or medical clinic experience is a plus).

Communication: Excellent spoken and written English with a polite, professional phone manner.

Digital Skills: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram messaging, and basic computer systems (MS Excel).

Availability: Immediate Joiner

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
