Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in a friendly and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person visits
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Process customer orders, service requests, and follow up activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Assist customers with product and service information
- Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management
- Prepare customer service reports and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Support showroom and retail operations as required
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
- High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Professional appearance and customer oriented attitude
