Customer Care Associate (WFH)

We work with members and families across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand, helping them better understand benefit programs designed to provide long-term protection and peace of mind. Through partnerships with unions, credit unions, and association-based groups, we focus on delivering clear information, dependable service, and support members can rely on.

This role is focused on guiding members through the benefit information available to them. You will help answer questions, review options, assist with simple enrollment steps, and ensure each member receives professional, easy-to-understand support. The people you connect with are already affiliated with the groups and programs we serve.
