A 12-month contract role for a Customer Care Agent in Doha, Qatar, handling inbound calls and email support for insurance queries. Requires 2-4 years of experience in insurance (preferably medical), bilingual Arabic and English, and immediate availability.

Responsibilities
- Attending customer telephone calls which lands on the designated numbers
- Coordinating with operations team for the required information to be shared with the customers
- E mail support which involves coordinating with operations team to ensure the required queried raised has been addressed and completed
- Ensuring the customers are given right information as required by them
- Ensure issues are escalated at the right time to the team manager if there any escalation raised by customers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years experience within insurance, preferably medical insurance
- Arab National
- Bilingual with good communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Diploma / Graduates
- Below 32 years old
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
- Must be available to join immediately or on a short notice
