The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. - Experience in designing and developing APIs and integrations using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. - Strong understanding of application architecture and system integration patterns. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integration solutions. - Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
