3�5 years of progressive commercial or institutional custodial experience, with a proven track record of coaching or training personnel.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient in institutional chemical safety, cleaning standards, and complex floor-care machinery operation and instructional demonstration techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook for reporting and data management.
Ability to solve operational problems independently.
Ability to interpret and implement a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Tasks may involve moving heavy custodial equipment, climbing ladders, and handling various cleaning tools and supplies throughout the shift.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Driving record must meet District eligibility requirements.
