Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, or related field preferred

- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, academic program management, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing curriculum teams or academic programs preferred
- Strong understanding of curriculum design methodologies, instructional design principles, and accreditation standards
- Experience with LMS, SIS, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and educational analytics tools

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational curricula and learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum strategies aligned with institutional objectives, educational standards, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices
- Lead the design, review, and continuous improvement of curricula, course structures, learning pathways, instructional materials, and assessment frameworks
- Collaborate with academic leaders, faculty, instructional designers, subject matter experts, student services, quality assurance, and executive leadership to develop engaging and effective learning experiences
- Ensure curriculum alignment with national education standards, accreditation frameworks, institutional policies, and learning outcomes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including learner achievement, course completion rates, student satisfaction, curriculum effectiveness, assessment quality, faculty adoption, and program outcomes
- Conduct curriculum mapping, gap analyses, benchmarking, and educational research to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Oversee the development of instructional resources, digital learning content, teaching guides, assessment tools, and curriculum documentation
- Support the integration of educational technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), blended learning, online education, competency based learning, and AI enhanced educational solutions where appropriate
- Coordinate curriculum approval processes, academic governance activities, accreditation reviews, and quality assurance initiatives
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, curriculum management platforms, and analytics tools to monitor curriculum performance and generate reports
- Prepare curriculum reports, accreditation documentation, educational performance dashboards, academic reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop curriculum specialists, instructional designers, academic coordinators, and cross functional education teams while fostering a culture of innovation, academic excellence, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, Educational Leadership, Learning Technologies, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Leadership, Instructional Design, or a related discipline is highly advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, academic program management, education, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing curriculum teams, academic programs, or instructional design initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of curriculum design methodologies, instructional design principles, learning theories, assessment strategies, accreditation standards, and quality assurance practices
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), curriculum management platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and educational analytics tools
- Familiarity with online learning, blended learning, competency based education, accessibility standards, AI powered learning technologies, and educational innovation is advantageous
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, project management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop high quality curricula that improve learner outcomes while balancing academic excellence, compliance, innovation, and institutional priorities
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid educational environments
