Unified Communications (Cucm & Teams) Engineer
Role Description: The Unified Communications Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization's unified communications systems, including Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams integration.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage CUCM and CUBE.
Implement and manage Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
Troubleshoot voice and video connectivity issues.
Ensure QoS for voice and video traffic.
Manage SIP Trunking.
