Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, engineering execution, and launch readiness of the platform
- Evaluate existing tech stack, codebase, and infrastructure for technical debt and scalability risks
- Create and manage the technical roadmap across backend, frontend, AI, integrations, DevOps, QA, security, and infrastructure
- Lead remote engineering resources across multiple disciplines
- Review and improve CRM architecture, workflow logic, and automation rules
- Ensure financial workflows are reliable and secure
- Oversee role based access control and permission testing
- Ensure AI automation is properly engineered, tested, and cost controlled
- Improve third party integration reliability
- Establish engineering standards, code review processes, and CI/CD practices
- Manage technology budget planning
- Communicate technical risks and trade offs to non technical leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in a CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, or senior engineering leadership role
- Experience leading, scaling, or rescuing SaaS platforms, CRM style systems, or fintech/payment systems
- Strong backend architecture experience including database design, API architecture, and security
- Experience with financial workflows including payments, payouts, and reconciliation
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations and automation
- Experience managing remote engineering teams
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non technical leadership

Job Overview
- Revun is hiring a senior technical leader to take full ownership of a proprietary SaaS platform for property operations.
- The platform includes CRM, leasing, maintenance, payments, AI automation, and multiple user roles.
What You'll Do
