90% FTE Monday - Friday, 12-hour shifts.

Start times between 7:00am-8:00am.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Care Team Leader to:

  • Serve as a role model and clinical resource for other team members.
  • Work closely with the unit manager and other team members to establish goals to meet the needs of the patient, family and other care providers.
  • Contribute to and support the effective management of the unit.

Qualifications

  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years relevant nursing experience Required
  • 3 years age-appropriate surgical services experience Preferred
  • 2 years prior leadership experience Preferred

• Basic Life Support And CPR Required

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 180 Days Required
  • National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
