CSR/ Material Engineer

¨ To serves as primary contact for the orders processing and goods distribution against all orders of cash the branch’s

¨ To arrange product samples for the regions, customers & salespersons.

¨ To work as a Fire Marshal for Fire safety as appointed by the HSE department. ?

¨ To resolve materials return issues in a procedural manner.

¨ Writes internal/external correspondence.

¨ Resolve customer non-technical complaints in a timely & professional manner.

¨ To prepare and present business reports and presentations.

¨ Promote excellent service & manage all aspects through the distribution network.

¨ Performs inventory of supplies, coordinate & maintain record of the shipments.

¨ Answers incoming calls & relays accurate information, processes emails, maintains records, files and review work for accuracy & completeness.
