Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Manage end to end Order Management through various channels internal and external communication via email, phone, or ERP.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, finding solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with CROSS functional teams to ensure product availability and timely Shipment/delivery.
  • Ensure that all orders are invoiced accurately and promptly as per SLA.
