Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop growth and transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Research markets and competitors and assess business and organizational performance.
- Identify revenue growth, market expansion, cost optimization, efficiency, and value creation opportunities.
- Evaluate business models, processes, organizational structures, and operating capabilities.
- Create transformation roadmaps, strategic plans, business cases, and recommendations.
- Support operational scaling, process improvement, digital transformation, and technology adoption.
- Develop KPIs, performance frameworks, transformation milestones, and growth metrics.
- Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and transformation reviews.
- Prepare executive presentations, strategic reports, financial analysis, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Technology, and other functions.
