Role Overview
The CSI Analytics team solves complex business and operational problems through scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms.
The Data Engineering Associate builds ingestion pipelines, curated data layers, and analytical models for enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.
The role is supported by the CSI Data Engineering Lead but requires independent problem solving and proactive solution development.
Data Engineering and Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Ingest data from diverse structured and unstructured sources.
- Implement Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers using Medallion Architecture.
- Develop governed analytical data models for reporting, analytics, and downstream AI initiatives.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Apply engineering standards, coding best practices, and documentation guidelines.
Governance and Quality
- Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and reconciliation processes.
